The company GTC Slovakia, a subsidiary of the company Globe Trade Centre S.A., is one of the biggest developers in Central and Eastern Europe. It is active in ten countries of the region. GTC has developed and owns commercial real estates with the area of 200.000 square meters. The company was awarded many prizes throughout its history. It was repeatedly voted the Developer of the year in Central and Eastern Europe at the competition Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Award in 2007 and 2004.
